Experience the thrill of "Durak" (also known as "Fool"), one of the most beloved card games across the former Soviet Union, with our high-quality offline version. Available for play without an internet connection, you can enjoy the game with a deck of 24, 36, or 52 cards.
"Durak" comes in two main variants: "Flip Fool" (Durak Podkidnoy) and "Transferable Fool" (Durak Perevodnoy). Both share core rules but differ in exciting ways that add depth to the gameplay.
The primary objective in "Durak" is to be the first to discard all your cards, crowning you the winner. The last player holding cards is dubbed the "fool."
In "Flip Fool," when the attacking player cannot add to the defender's hand, the player to the defender's left steps in, allowed to throw just one card. Once this card is beaten, the turn reverts to the original attacker. If the player on the left has no suitable card, the turn passes clockwise, allowing all players to participate in turn, hence the name "Flip Fool."
"Transferable Fool" spices things up from the second move onward. Here, the defender can "transfer" an attacking card by playing a card of the same rank but a different suit, shifting the attack to the next player clockwise. This player can then also transfer the card, making the game dynamic and engaging, known as "Transferable Fool."
Our version of "Durak" offers the following features:
Mastering "Durak" demands strategic thinking and keen situational analysis. You must decide when to play a card and when to hold it for a better opportunity, while also keeping an eye on your opponents' moves to predict their remaining cards.
"Durak" remains a top choice for card game enthusiasts, offering a fun and engaging way to pass the time. Don't miss out on the chance to test your skills in this captivating game and revel in the excitement it brings. Play "Durak" for free offline and hone your abilities to outsmart your opponents.
