Introducing Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1, the ultimate app designed, developed, and deployed for seamless assessment of your rent-ready experience. Both the web version and mobile version are now available across all platforms, ensuring you can access Rent Ready wherever you are.

How does it work?

1. Download the App: Start your journey by downloading the Rent Ready app from your preferred app store.
2. Scan the QR Code: As you walk into our space, simply scan the QR code to gain instant access.
3. That's all! Smooth. Simple. As it should be: Enjoy the ease of our streamlined process.

Once inside, immerse yourself in a space equipped with all the amenities you need: high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, meeting rooms, and more. Elevate your experience with unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar. We partner with 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee', London's first carbon-negative coffee company, to bring you specialty coffee beans that are carefully selected and roasted. Complement your beverages with an unlimited selection of fruits and artisan pastries.

When it's time to leave, simply scan the QR code again to walk out, whether you've spent 30 minutes or enjoyed a full 12-hour workday. Payment is automatically processed when you decide to end your session, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

How much does it cost?

1. You pay only for the time you spend inside the space: £9.20/hour (or 15p/min), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).
2. Need a meeting room? Our rooms, suitable for up to 6 people, are available for £60/hour (i.e., £50 + VAT). You can easily pre-book these in 30-minute slots directly through the app.

Where are we located?

1. Our first location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.
