App for GPS Tracking Device Status and Driver Information Management

Our app is designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of work information for drivers, seamlessly integrating with the company's Web Console. Below are the key features and functionalities:

1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)

The Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS) is dedicated to managing travel plans for product delivery as assigned by employees. Key features include:

• Real-time Location Tracking: View the current location via GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker menu.
• Delivery Details: Access information on where the product needs to be delivered.
• Delivery Status Updates: Receive and update delivery statuses to ensure timely and accurate information.

2. Maintenance Menu

The Maintenance Menu is essential for recording and managing vehicle maintenance activities. Data is stored and can be summarized via the Web Console, categorized as follows:

• Refueling: Record fuel consumption and refueling events.
• Maintenance/Service: Log routine maintenance and service activities.
• Vehicle Condition Checks: Document vehicle inspections.
• Repair Items: Track and manage repair requests and completions.

3. Mobile Tracker Menu

The Mobile Tracker Menu allows for tracking the driver's location using a mobile device, serving as an alternative to traditional GPS devices. Key functionalities include:

• GPS Data Transmission: Location data is sent and stored in the system while tracking is enabled, with the option to turn off data transmission.
• Integration with Other Menus: Utilize location data in the TMS and Vehicle Tracking menus.
• Data Summaries and Reports: Access summaries or reports in various formats through the Web Console.
• Permissions: The app requests additional rights for enhanced functionality:
  • Continuous Location Access: To request GPS location information without needing to launch the app, enhancing usability.
  • Physical Activity Data Access (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION): To manage GPS data in different modes for efficiency and energy conservation:
    1. Still: Requests GPS data every 1 minute; in Power Save Mode, every 5 minutes.
    2. Working (Walking): Requests GPS data every 1 minute.
    3. In Vehicle: Sends GPS data every second for accurate distance and speed tracking, but normally every 1 minute.
    • Power Save Mode: Activates after being Still for over 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting Working or In Vehicle activity.

4. Vehicle Tracking Menu

The Vehicle Tracking Menu provides comprehensive tracking and status information, including historical data in various formats:

• Device Information: Details on the tracking device.
• Notification Settings: Configure alerts and notifications.
• Daily Travel Summary: Access daily travel data summaries.
• GPS Movement Data: View GPS movement data at desired intervals.
• Additional Equipment Data: Information from additional equipment like MDVR and TPMS, if installed.
