Legal Compliance:

Gringo is authorized to process traffic fines and other vehicle-related debts. This authorization is in accordance with SENATRAN Ordinances No. 1317/2020, 658/2023, and 149/2018, allowing direct accreditation with state traffic departments and other relevant bodies.

Data Sources:

Gringo collects driver and vehicle data from state agencies (DETRANs in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, etc.) and national agencies (SENATRAN), as detailed in Gringo's Privacy Policy.
