You find yourself alone at home with your parents out for the night, and boredom sets in. In a moment of whimsy, you decide to summon a jester, hoping for some light-hearted entertainment. However, things take an unexpected turn when you actually succeed, and now the jester is eager to play a game of hide and seek with you. The stakes are high as you must evade capture while figuring out how to send the jester back to where he came from.

How to Summon a Jester

1. Prepare the Space: Clear a space in your room and draw a circle with salt on the floor. This circle will act as your protective barrier.

2. Gather the Items: You'll need a red candle, a mirror, and a jester's hat or a similar item that represents a jester.

3. Light the Candle: Place the candle in the center of the salt circle and light it. The flame should be steady and bright.

4. Chant the Summoning Phrase: Stand outside the circle and hold the mirror in one hand and the jester's item in the other. Chant clearly, "Jester of mirth, come forth and play, but heed my call and stay at bay."

5. Watch the Mirror: Keep an eye on the mirror. If you see the jester's reflection, it means he has been summoned. Do not break the salt circle until you are ready to engage.

How to Send the Jester Back

1. Stay Calm: Panic can make the situation worse. Keep your composure.

2. Re-enter the Circle: Step back into the salt circle to protect yourself.

3. Extinguish the Candle: Blow out the red candle to signify the end of the summoning.

4. Chant the Dismissal Phrase: Hold the jester's item and chant, "Jester of mirth, your time is done, return to whence you came, be gone."

5. Break the Circle: Once the jester vanishes from the mirror, break the salt circle to finalize the dismissal.
