Hot on the heels of the Civ VII Deluxe Edition release, Firaxis Games has unveiled its 2025 post-launch roadmap: the "Crossroads of the World" DLC. Included with the Deluxe and Founders' Editions, this DLC will deliver two new leaders, four new civilizations, and four new natural wonders in two installments (early and late March 2025).
Ada Lovelace (Great Britain) and Carthage are slated for the early March release, alongside four new natural wonders. Simón Bolívar (leading either Nepal or Bulgaria, or both) will arrive later in the month.

While specifics remain under wraps, we can speculate based on historical context. These predictions are purely conjecture, and no offense to any culture or people is intended.

As the pioneering computer programmer, Ada Lovelace's leader abilities will likely center on science. Her aristocratic background suggests bonuses related to Codex and Specialist mechanics, potentially leading to a strong science victory path, especially when combined with Great Britain's anticipated civ bonuses.

Simón Bolívar, a historical figure known for his military prowess, will likely favor a militaristic/expansionist playstyle, leveraging the new Commanders mechanic. Unlike Trung Trac's approach, Bolívar's focus might be on logistical efficiency to maintain a strong offensive.

Given Carthage's historical wealth and trading prominence, this civilization could specialize in Trade Route capacity and Culture bonuses from international trade, potentially synergizing with the Colossus wonder.

A Civilization series veteran, Great Britain will likely reflect its Industrial Era dominance with bonuses to naval production and trade. Production boosts tied to Oxford University are also a possibility.

Nepal's unique geographical location suggests bonuses tied to mountainous terrain and a focus on military and cultural advantages.

Bulgaria's historical position suggests a blend of military and economic strengths, possibly focusing on Cavalry and social policies.
The DLC will introduce four new Natural Wonders, which, in Civ VII, primarily offer additional tile yields rather than unique bonuses.
