"Clash of Clans Set for Major Overhaul in March 2025 Update"

Get ready, Clash of Clans fans, because the March 2025 update is bringing one of the most significant changes the game has ever seen! Players have been clamoring for these updates for years, and Supercell is finally delivering with a game-changing overhaul that will eliminate several long-standing features.

No Troop, Spell, or Siege Machine Training Time!

Imagine being able to launch back-to-back attacks without any waiting period. That's right—the training time for Troops, Spells, and Siege Machines is being completely removed! This means your battles will be more fast-paced and intense than ever before. Additionally, Hero recovery time is being eliminated, ensuring your heroes are always ready for action. These changes apply to players in Titan League and below, while Legend League retains its eight-battle limit per day for now.

This major update is part of a broader movement by Supercell to streamline gameplay by removing outdated mechanics. Remember the removal of training costs back in 2022? Now, by eliminating training time entirely, Supercell is allowing players to enjoy the game without artificial barriers.

As part of these changes, Training Potions and Training Treats will become obsolete and are being phased out. They will be removed from in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining in player inventories will be converted into Gems.

There’s a New Match Anytime System!

With the introduction of the Match Anytime system, you can now attack even when there aren’t enough real bases available. This system uses snapshot bases—saved versions of real player bases that are under Shield. These battles function just like normal ones, allowing you to gain loot and trophies, but the defender won’t lose anything. This feature has already been successful in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks and is now expanding to multiplayer battles.

Alongside this, Trophy Curves are being adjusted. Given the increased number of battles per session, the number of trophies earned from victories will be reduced. Additionally, Clan Castle request timers will be standardized to a consistent 10 minutes for all players.
