CD Projekt RED has recently rolled out an exciting update for Cyberpunk 2077, bringing not just a slew of fixes but also integrating cutting-edge NVIDIA technology. This update is a game-changer, especially for those wielding GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards. Starting January 30th, owners of these cards can leverage the power of DLSS 4 to generate multiple additional frames, enhancing their gaming experience significantly. Moreover, DLSS 4 accelerates the creation of an extra frame on both RTX 50 and 40 series cards, all while being kinder to your system's memory.
For all GeForce RTX card users, this update brings the choice between a convolutional neural network model and a new transform model for DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Super Resolution, and DLAA. Opting for the transform model promises enhanced lighting, richer details, and more stable imagery, taking your visual experience to new heights.
The update also addresses some nagging issues. Interference and crashes that previously plagued in-game screens when DLSS ray reconstruction was active have been resolved. Additionally, the "Frame Creation" parameter now updates smoothly after turning off resolution scaling, ensuring a seamless gameplay experience.
With these updates, CD Projekt RED continues to refine Cyberpunk 2077, making it a more polished and enjoyable experience for players across the board.
