New Cessabit Game Is Fast-Paced Puzzle Challenge

Romanian indie solo developer Tepes Ovidiu has launched a new puzzle game. Known for previous titles like Cessabit, a memory game, and Not Chess, his latest release is titled Is This Yours? In this chaotic lost-and-found simulation, you manage a counter for misplaced belongings.

Much like his earlier projects, Tepes Ovidiu handled nearly every aspect of this game independently—from artwork and animations to coding, which is quite remarkable. The game takes an ordinary concept and transforms it into an engaging and entertaining experience.

Is This Yours?

As the employee at a bustling lost-and-found desk, you assist flustered customers desperately searching for their missing items. The game presents a wide variety of objects, from burritos and earbuds to passports and even an emotionally troubled teddy bear.

Each customer request is a small puzzle. You must identify the correct item based on descriptions that are often unclear or downright bizarre. Sometimes it’s just someone searching for their sunglasses—even if they're broken. Other times, the requests are even more unusual.

Through matching people with their lost possessions, the game becomes a frenzy of activity. It’s strangely moving, frequently funny, and always unpredictable. Take a look at Is This Yours? in the video below.

An Avalanche of Lost Items and Impatient Customers

In the fast-paced mode of Is This Yours?, you start with only three hearts. Matching items quickly boosts your reputation, but as you advance, the number of lost belongings increases and customers grow more irritable.

For a more relaxed experience, there’s a Zen mode. Here, you can take your time matching items without the pressure of angry customers or losing hearts.

The game supports haptic feedback and includes achievements and leaderboards via Game Centre. It’s a one-time purchase with no ads, tracking, or data collection. Is This Yours? is available on the Google Play Store for $1.99.
