Start with 'A Good Scrub'

To initiate "A Good Scrub," speak with the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about potential work, then head to Betty's bathhouse located in the southeast part of the city. Inform Betty that you're there for a job, and she'll task you with finding Matsek in Grund. Upon arriving, you'll find Matsek hesitant to be seen with the girls he's meant to escort to the bathhouse. Approach the courtyard where he stands and converse with the three girls at the table, mentioning you're there on Betty's behalf. Accompany them back to Kuttenberg.

Promote the Bathhouse

Once the girls are back at the bathhouse, Betty will enlist your help in promoting the establishment. Craft a persuasive spiel with her, then take to the streets to shout it out at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. This task must be completed during daylight hours, so plan accordingly.

Clean Up the Bathhouse and Conclude 'A Good Scrub'

After promoting the bathhouse, you'll need to clean it up before the alderman's inspection. Timely completion of these tasks is crucial; failure to do so will result in the bathhouse's closure, preventing you from picking up the subsequent quest, "Ill Repute," from Betty.

Find Fleas for 'Ill Repute' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Upon passing the inspection, discuss the bathhouse's ongoing issues with Betty. She'll reveal that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and you need to make the councillor abandon the competing establishment. To do this, gather information on the councillor's dislikes from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida.

To proceed, you'll need Chamomile Brew to spike the wine cask on the second floor of the rival bathhouse. Lida will only share the councillor's preference for fragrant oils after receiving a noblewomen's dress from a tailor. Alternatively, you can sabotage the bathhouse by lockpicking a cabinet on the third floor and stealing the oils.

For the flea-infested item, Katcha mentions the bathhouse's past flea problem. Head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City, where you'll find a camp of beggars. Search the sacks there to locate a flea-infested blanket.

Once you've secured the fleas, return to the rival bathhouse and discreetly pour them into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket and the clean laundry basket in the same room where you added the Chamomile Brew.
