Genshin Abyssal Guide: Conquer Corruption with Ease

In Genshin Impact, completing the "Vaulting the Wall of Morning Mist" quest automatically starts the "Adventure in the Land of Mists" quest. This involves assisting Bona in locating the Altar of Primal Flame.

Bona guides the Traveler to the Cradle of Fleeting Dreams fortress in Ochkanatlan's northwest. Here, you'll battle Tenebrous Mimiflora before activating a mechanism to finish the quest, immediately triggering the "Palace of the Vision Serpent" quest. This next mission requires purifying Abyssal Blight in the Core of Chu'ulel.

Clearing the Abyssal Corruption:

To cleanse the Abyssal Blight, follow these steps:

1. Retrieve the Radiant Fragment from the platform.
2. Place it on the nearby Radiant Pillar to dispel the Blight.
3. Defeat the emerging enemy.
4. Proceed to the Core of Chu'ulel: Interior's northern section.

Next:

1. Obtain the Radiant Fragment near the broken bridge.
2. Position it on the adjacent Radiant Pillar.
3. Descend through the floor opening.
4. Acquire the Rust-Spotted Key from the library (near the jar).
5. Activate the elevator mechanism.
6. Ascend using the elevator.
7. Retrieve the previously placed Radiant Fragment.
8. Place it on the southwestern Radiant Pillar.
9. Head east.

Then:

1. Utilize the Rust-Spotted Key to unlock the sealed area.
2. Collect the two Radiant Fragments behind the now-open wall.
3. Place them on the northwestern Radiant Pillar to activate the elevator.
4. Obtain the Pyroculus.
5. Descend via the elevator.
6. Gather the two Radiant Fragments (one from the elevator, one from the nearby pillar).
7. Open the door using the adjacent mechanism.

1. Go southeast.
2. Place the final two Radiant Fragments.

This clears the Abyssal Blight, dropping the Chu'ulel Light Core.

Continuing the "Palace of the Vision Serpent" Quest:

1. Protect the Light Core from spawned enemies.
2. Return to Bona at the Cradle of Fleeting Dreams fortress.
3. Speak with Bona.

Quest completion rewards players with 50 Primogems, A Nameless Adventurer's Notes, a Pyrophosphorite, and a Luxurious chest.
