Official press materials reveal that MindsEye centers around Jacob Diaz, a character equipped with a neural implant – the MindsEye – which has severely impacted his memory, leaving him with fragmented flashbacks of his military service. Diaz embarks on a mission to uncover the truth about his past, encountering an AI-powered military force determined to thwart his efforts.

MindsEye has been in development for several years. Following his departure from Rockstar Games, Benzies established Build a Rocket Boy, collaborating with IO Interactive (creators of Hitman) on this project. Advertised as a AAA action-adventure game, MindsEye will also integrate with the "Everywhere" platform, previously described as a "big-budget Roblox" following a studio visit in 2024.

While the new trailer omits mention of Everywhere, MindsEye itself promises an exciting action-packed experience from a leading figure in the gaming industry. The game is slated for release sometime in Summer 2025.
