Pikmin Bloom Journey 2025 Blends Live and Virtual Events

Live events have become a cornerstone of Niantic's augmented reality games. Following the pandemic, these gatherings are perfectly designed to encourage players to get outside, enjoy some fresh air, and engage with titles like Pokémon Go and Pikmin Bloom. The Journey event in Pikmin Bloom has been so well-received that it's making a return in 2025!

The Pikmin Bloom 2025 Journey event will unfold in multiple stages. It kicks off with a physical event in Japan, specifically in Sendai, which you can attend if you're in the area from September 20th to the 21st.

Thankfully, players in other regions won't have to miss out. Just one week later, from September 26th to the 28th, the Pikmin Bloom Journey: Challenge Everywhere event goes live. This global version offers many of the same exclusive rewards as the Sendai event, with the added convenience of allowing you to play from any location.

Blooming all over the world

So, what kind of rewards can participants expect? For starters, you'll have the chance to earn a special Pikmin Bloom Journey Challenge Anywhere Rosette Decor Pikmin. You'll also receive an exclusive in-game hoodie for your avatar and can choose one of seven stylish sun visor options.

Access to these collectibles requires purchasing a ticket. By securing your ticket, you'll unlock special event missions and earn the commemorative rewards, allowing you to show off your participation in this unique global challenge.
