Sony Reveals PlayStation Plus August 2025 Games

Sony has unveiled the PlayStation Plus monthly game selection for August 2025, continuing the service's 15th anniversary celebrations.

Originally launching on June 29, 2010, PS Plus recently featured major titles including Diablo IV, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant. The upcoming month brings another exciting trio of games along with special anniversary-themed avatars.

"We're thrilled to announce some additional surprises!" stated Adam Michel, PlayStation's Director of Game Services. "Beginning August 5, PS Plus members can download exclusive 15th Anniversary Avatars celebrating beloved games like Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War Ragnarök, and Twisted Metal at no extra charge."

• DayZ | PS4
• My Hero One's Justice 2 | PS4

This month's lineup is headlined by the critically acclaimed Soulslike Lies of P, featuring its innovative Pinocchio-themed combat that earned an 8/10 review score from IGN. The selection also includes the influential survival sim DayZ, whose intense 60-player format inspired numerous battle royale titles. Rounding out the offerings is My Hero One's Justice 2, a polished 3D arena fighter for fans of the popular My Hero Academia series.

Remember to claim July's titles - Diablo IV, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant - before August 4, when they'll rotate out of the PS Plus catalog.
