White Steam Deck Will Only Be Available While Supplies Last

The long-awaited white Steam Deck is finally here! Three years after unveiling a prototype, Valve is releasing a limited-edition white Steam Deck OLED, available globally starting November 18th, 2024, at 3 PM PST.

Priced at $679 USD, this "Steam Deck OLED: Limited Edition White" will be a hot commodity. Valve confirms limited quantities, with stock distributed proportionally across regions including North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia. Purchases are generally limited to one per account, requiring a prior Steam purchase before November 2024 and a good account standing. This is a truly limited run; once it's gone, it's gone.

Since its prototype reveal in 2021, a white Steam Deck has been a highly sought-after item. Now, that dream becomes a reality (albeit a fleeting one). Valve's Greg Coomer previously confirmed the prototype's existence but stated it wouldn't launch alongside the original black models. This limited release fulfills that promise, but it’s a one-time opportunity.
