Clapperboard offers a seamless solution to record videos using any camera, be it a CCTV, web, action camera, or even a built-in drone camera, and confirm their authenticity and authorship through blockchain technology. To get started, you'll need to create your own account on Clapperboard and ensure your balance is recharged.

To create an authentic video, follow these steps:

Comment on the video to add context or any necessary information.
Request a unique QR-code from Clapperboard.
Show the QR-code on camera while recording the video. This QR-code, along with your comment, will be permanently recorded in the NEM blockchain, ensuring the video's authenticity.
Once recorded, you will have the video from your camera, now linked to the blockchain.

To verify that the video content has not been modified and was created after the QR-code was generated, upload the video segment containing the QR-code to the Prover.io service. Upon successful verification, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the video's integrity.
