"Spirit Island," a cooperative settler-destruction strategy game crafted by R. Eric Reuss, immerses players in an alternate-history setting around A.D. 1700. In this game, players take on the roles of various Spirits of the land, each wielding unique elemental powers, to protect their island from encroaching Invaders who bring blight and destruction. Collaborating with the native Dahan, Spirits harness their powers to expel the invaders in a strategic game of area control.
