Game Introduction

Sueca is an engaging point-trick card game beloved in Portuguese-speaking communities.

Sueca is a popular point-trick game enjoyed in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Macau, Mozambique, Nagasaki, and Goa. It's a four-player game where participants form two-person teams.

The goal in Sueca is to collect as many tricks as possible. It uses 40 cards (a standard deck minus 8s, 9s, and 10s). Card ranks from highest to lowest are: Ace, 7, King (K), Jack (J), Queen (Q), 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. Point values are: Ace (11 points), 7 (10 points, called "manilha" in Portuguese), K (4 points), J (3 points), Q (2 points), and all other cards (0 points).

When a player wins a trick, they collect the total point value of all cards in that trick. Remember: the highest card of the trump suit automatically wins the trick!

The two-player version is known as Bisca, which shares many similarities with Sueca. Bisca is also available in this application.

Enjoy casual online Sueca games on your mobile phone or tablet with friends and family. Sueca is a card game without AI opponents – playing with real people makes it much more thrilling!
