UNO Star is a dynamic Customer Engagement Program designed to enhance loyalty and digitally connect Retailers, Mechanics, and Consumers of UNO Minda on a single platform. To participate, customers can register through the app or with the assistance of UNO Minda representatives. Registration is subject to approval by the UNO Minda team, in accordance with the terms and conditions, and the enrollment process is only complete once approval is granted.

The UNO Star app is accessible to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda customers, including Mechanics, Retailers, and End Consumers, each of whom can enjoy benefits tailored to their specific category.

Retailers:

Retailers can leverage the UNO Star app to submit 'Retailer Loyalty Coupons,' view the E-Catalogue, register Mechanics, redeem Mechanic Points on behalf of their mechanics, and place orders directly through the app.

Mechanics:

Mechanics benefit from the loyalty program by redeeming coupon points on selected UNO Minda products that feature the UNO Star coupon. Additionally, they can access the E-Catalogue to stay updated on available products.

Consumers:

Consumers can use the app to browse the E-Catalogue, learn about UNO Minda products, and search for spare parts for their vehicles based on type and OEM category, ensuring they find exactly what they need.
