In the vibrant world of this puzzle game, your mission is to eliminate all viruses using capsules that come in three colors: red, yellow, and blue. As you play, you'll skillfully maneuver each falling capsule, shifting it left or right and rotating it to align perfectly with viruses and any pre-existing capsules on the board. The key to success is forming alignments of four or more capsule halves or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, to clear them from the playing field. Your ultimate goal is to clear each level by eradicating every last virus. Be cautious, though—a game over will be triggered if capsules pile up and block the narrow neck of the bottle.
You have the flexibility to choose your starting difficulty each time you embark on a new game. This difficulty can be set between levels zero and twenty, which directly influences the number of viruses you need to clear. Additionally, you can select from three game speed settings, affecting how quickly the capsules descend into the bottle. Your score is determined exclusively by the number of viruses you eliminate, not by the time you take or the capsules you use. If you conquer the highest difficulty level, you can keep playing to boost your score, though the number of viruses to clear will stay the same. You'll earn bonus points for eliminating multiple viruses simultaneously, but no extra points are given for triggering chain reactions where one set of eliminations sets off another. Remember, the game's speed setting also impacts your score; higher speeds grant you more points.
