This includes fines from TsAFAP (traffic police), CDD (city parking lots) in Moscow (AMPP), St. Petersburg (GATI), and other cities. Data is sourced from GIS GMP, the Ministry of Internal Affairs' State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, State Auto Services, and DIT Moscow.
