Cards 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2: Each holds 5 points.

Card Arrangement

At the start of the game, each player receives 13 cards. These must be arranged strategically in the following format: 3 cards, 3 cards, 3 cards, and 4 cards.

Hazari Card Game revolves around comparing 3-card combinations. The strength of combinations, from highest to lowest, is as follows:

Troy – Three of a kind (e.g., three 7s)
Colour Run – Three consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g., 4♠, 5♠, 6♠)
Run – Three consecutive cards of mixed suits (e.g., 4♠, 5♦, 6♣)
Colour – Three non-consecutive cards of the same suit
Pair – Two cards of the same rank
Indie – High card when no other combination applies
