Developed by the Iași Public Transport Company, Iași Bilet is your all-in-one travel portal. Manage every aspect of your journey with ease.

Purchase tickets using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and track buses, trams, and trolleybuses in real-time on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking your transport card, effortlessly top up your card balance with travel vouchers using online bank card payments. Monitor your card status and active tickets at any time.

Manage multiple transport cards from a single account, easily topping up e-wallets, buying new subscriptions, or extending existing ones. View a detailed history of all your transactions for complete transparency.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly within the app, submitting supporting documents for approval. Once approved, purchase discounted or free tickets. Legal entities collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Receive timely notifications on your device or via email regarding ticket purchases, expiration dates, and other important card actions. Plan your journey efficiently by finding the optimal route between points A and B, using real-time vehicle locations.

Start your journey from your current location or any other point on the map. Search for addresses, points of interest, or stations, or simply drop a pin. Save frequently used locations for faster access later. The app displays estimated arrival times at the nearest station and overall trip duration.

Real-time tracking shows which vehicle to take and alerts you to any necessary line changes. View complete or directional line routes on the map and save your favorite lines. Receive alerts about service disruptions affecting your journey.

Easily search for lines and view real-time vehicle locations on the map. Select a station to see all lines serving it, along with their next three arrival times. Locate the directorate's points of sale on the map and view their operating hours.

The app is available in Romanian and English, adapting to your device's language settings.
