May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of games for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, catering to a wide range of gaming preferences. Announced via a PlayStation.Blog post, subscribers can look forward to diving into new titles starting May 20, 2025.

PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members are in for a treat with nine new games added to the catalog. The spotlight shines on Sand Land, an action RPG inspired by the beloved Akira Toriyama manga. This title is available for both PS4 and PS5, promising fans an immersive adventure.

Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the comprehensive S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. The latter has just been announced for an enhanced PS5 version, alongside releases for PC and Xbox Series X | S, also set to launch on May 20. Developer GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on consoles will get the Enhanced Edition at no extra cost, though it remains uncertain if this offer extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

For PlayStation Plus Premium members, there's a special treat with the addition of Battle Engine Aquila, a sci-fi action game where players command a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in both air and ground combat. This classic title is accessible on both PS4 and PS5.
