Initially, you are confined to the starting zone with very limited cargo capacity. It is recommended to farm the early quests and consume humans spawning near the cargo base. Cargo refers to the act of eating humans. Your alien starts with minimal capacity and must frequently return to the safe zone to unload. Since consuming humans yields meat for upgrades, efficiently devour them near the safe zone, moving back and forth. Repeat this process several times until you have sufficient upgrades to advance to another zone, saving considerable time.
