Assassin’s Creed Shadows has stormed onto the scene with a phenomenal launch, amassing over 1 million players within just 15 hours of its release. This impressive feat has propelled it to the top of the Steam sales charts, surpassing other recently released hits like Monster Hunter Wilds and Split Fiction.
Ubisoft proudly shared via the official Assassin’s Creed Shadows (AC Shadows) Twitter (X) account that the game has shattered expectations by reaching over 1 million players in a mere 15 hours post-launch.
Currently, AC Shadows holds the crown as the best-selling game on Steam. It achieved an all-time peak of 41,412 concurrent players on March 20, according to SteamDB. The game enjoys a "Very Positive" rating on Steam, with 82% of the reviews being positive, reflecting the community's overall satisfaction.
