Featherweight Games, the studio behind the successful Botworld Adventure, unveils its latest creation: Auto Pirates: Captains Cup, a strategic auto-battler currently in early access. The full release is scheduled for August 22nd, 2024, on Android.
Following the success of titles like Botworld Adventure and Skiing Yeti Mountain, Featherweight Games ventures into the competitive strategy arena with a swashbuckling pirate theme. Auto Pirates: Captains Cup is available in early access on Android, having already soft-launched on iOS.
Gameplay Overview
In Auto Pirates: Captains Cup, players assemble their crew, equip their ship, and engage in tactical naval battles to amass loot and conquer the global leaderboards. The goal is to build the ultimate pirate hideout, accumulating treasure and trophies along the way.
The game allows for strategic combinations, mixing pirates from four distinct fantastical factions, pairing them with magical relics, and experimenting with different ship types. Victory hinges on mastering various combat strategies – blasting, boarding, burning, or sinking – to achieve that coveted top 1% ranking.
The game boasts a roster of over 80 unique pirates, all available to acquire for free, categorized into seven distinct classes (Boarders, Cannons, Musketeers, Defenders, and Support, among others). With over 100 relics to discover, players can unlock powerful synergies.
