by Gabriella Jan 23,2025

This guide reveals the secrets to befriending Stardew Valley's enigmatic Dwarf, a unique character residing in the mines. While his origins remain shrouded in mystery, building a relationship with him is achievable, albeit requiring the acquisition of a new language. Unlike other villagers, friendship with the Dwarf offers different rewards, adding a touch of fantasy to your farming adventure.

Updated January 8, 2024: Recent Stardew Valley updates (1.5 and 1.6) have impacted NPC interactions, including gift preferences and the Movie Theater's role in building friendships. This guide reflects those changes.
