Civ 7 Roadmap Unveiled: Free Updates and More
Firaxis Games, the creators of Civilization 7 (Civ 7), recently shared their roadmap outlining four significant content drops planned for March. This roadmap divides upcoming content into three categories: Content Collections (paid DLCs), Free Updates, and Events & Challenges.
Beyond March's updates, Firaxis teased even more content on the horizon, including two additional leaders, four new civilizations, and four awe-inspiring World Wonders. Players can also anticipate new events and challenges. While release dates for this additional content remain unannounced, the developers confirmed further updates are planned for October 2025 and beyond.
The developers also highlighted several planned updates that didn't make the initial launch. While release dates are currently unavailable, these features are actively under development:
