How To Complete Storm in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Mastering stealth is key to tackling many tasks in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, but some quests, like "Storm," practically demand it. This quest concludes the main storyline in the Trosky region, ushering you into the Kuttenberg region for the first time. Similar to "For Whom the Bell Tolls," you'll face challenging circumstances, starting with a lack of armor, weapons, and essential items like Saviour Schnapps. Your health and stamina will also be significantly depleted from your recent torture.

Fortunately, you can recover some gear from the guards Katherine dispatched when rescuing you. Their equipment might not be top-tier, but it's better than nothing. Katherine also provides her dagger, enabling stealth kills. Your next objective is the top of the Crone in Trosky. While guards patrol the route, they're spaced sufficiently to allow for stealth takedowns or clever distractions.

Atop the Crone, you'll confront Istvan Toth. This encounter doesn't affect the ultimate game ending, so feel free to choose the dishonorable option if combat isn't your strength. Given your weakened state, a duel with Toth is risky. After dealing with Toth, thoroughly search the room for everyone's belongings and secure important documents.

Once Toth is dealt with and your belongings recovered, return to the dungeon where your companions remain. They'll equip themselves and reveal the escape tunnels. Simply follow them—this is the easiest part of the quest.

Next comes the most challenging part of "Storm": navigating the hills undetected. Maintaining extremely low conspicuousness is crucial to avoid detection. Guards will alert each other, making multiple enemy encounters highly probable if spotted. Your weakened stats from torture further complicate matters.

Begin by taking the uphill path to the right. This leads to a larger, but heavily patrolled, path. This path takes you to Mika's location. Stealthily eliminate the guard and free Mika. She'll then provide directions to your next objective.

The final leg of "Storm" requires extended stealth. Follow Mika's instructions to the locations marked on your map, then head east and southeast to reach the main road in Apollonia. Follow the road south, keeping to the sides and using bushes for cover. The marked area is larger than it appears; progress about halfway to trigger the ending cutscene. Remember to use stones to distract guards. Once the cutscene plays, your role in this section concludes, and you'll proceed to the Kuttenberg region.

"Storm" uniquely necessitates stealth, unlike many other quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Investing in stealth skills beforehand is highly recommended, as relevant perks significantly improve your chances of avoiding detection.
