New players in DC: Dark Legion™ can obtain a free Mythic-rarity Harley Quinn. Reach level 5 to unlock all events, including the special sign-in event. This event rewards players for daily logins over seven days. Logins don't need to be consecutive, only within the event period. Simply logging in daily for a week grants you Harley Quinn on the seventh day, significantly strengthening your team.

Self-Actualization: Release Self

Harley Quinn unlocks her full potential, entering a Self-Actualization state for 10 seconds. She deals physical damage equal to 950% of her attack to the target and all nearby enemies. This ability also increases her attack by 36% and changes her attacks to deal area-of-effect damage.
