"Dead Cells Final Free Updates Launched on Android"

The free updates for *Dead Cells* are coming to an end, but don't worry—the game itself is still very much alive! Since its launch in 2018, *Dead Cells* has been treating fans to a steady stream of fresh content, and the journey is wrapping up with the final updates: Clean Cut and The End is Near, now available on Android. Once these updates roll out, the developers will stop adding new content, but you can continue to enjoy the game as it stands.

These last updates bring a touch of the cursed to the mix. You'll find four new weapons to play with, including the intriguing giant Sewing Scissors and the Misericorde sword. The Misericorde packs a punch with massive critical damage against enemies below half health, but beware—failing to finish off your foes will leave you cursed.

Another new addition is Anathema, a heavy-ranged weapon that explodes on impact but curses you upon hitting anything. If you're looking for a way to clear those curses, try out the new skill, Indulgence, which unleashes a beam of light to deal heavy damage and lift some of your curses.

The updates also introduce exciting new modes like Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY, giving you fresh ways to challenge yourself. Plus, there are 40 new heads to customize your character, and a handy NPC who'll let you swap them out whenever you feel like it.

But the excitement doesn't stop there. The final updates also introduce new mutations and enemies to keep things spicy. With the Cursed Flask mutation, you can use your health flask without consuming a charge. Damned Vigor gives you a few seconds to kill an enemy and save yourself from death, while Demonic Strength boosts your damage when you're cursed.

On the enemy front, you'll encounter the Sore Loser, which clings to you and curses you upon defeat. The Curser unleashes guided cursed skulls and slashes at you if you get too close. And watch out for the Doom Bringer, who can stack up to 50 curses and potentially kill you outright.

So, don't miss out on these final updates for *Dead Cells*. Head over to the Google Play Store and dive into the new content while it's still fresh. And while you're at it, keep an eye out for our next piece on the Adventure RPG *The Tale of Food* and its upcoming shutdown.
