Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl is a limited-time event in Genshin Impact Version 5.3, challenging players to beetle battles. This guide details how to conquer all five battles with ease.

Event Requirements:

To participate, you must be Adventure Rank 20 and have completed the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue. Completing Xianyun's Story Quest "Grus Serena Chapter" provides valuable backstory.

Gameplay:

The event pits your Onikabuto beetle against various enemies in a simulated battle within your Serenitea Pot at Mt. Aocang. Controls are simple: Forward, Backward, and Jump. Mastering timing and stamina management is key, as movement and attacks consume stamina. Stronger attacks, like Piercing Strike (hold attack button), require more stamina.

Battle Strategies:

The five stages feature unique opponents:

1. Staff Master (Basic Hilichurl): Repeated head attacks are effective. Watch for ground markings indicating attack zones.
2. Torch-Wielding Berserker (Hilichurl Berserker): Target its head; the Pyro Slime it carries is also a weak point, especially when preparing to throw it.
3. Pyro Abyss Mage: Interrupt its spellcasting, then attack repeatedly. Dodge its fireballs and flame pillars.
4. Cryo Abyss Mage: Employ the same strategy as the Pyro Abyss Mage.
5. Stonehide Lawachurl: Quick attacks are crucial. A Geo Slime will appear; use a Piercing Strike for maximum damage.

Difficulty and Rewards:

Play on "Focused Fight" (two-star) difficulty for optimal Primogem rewards (30 and 20 per stage). "Utmost Might" (three-star) unlocks after clearing Focused Fight but offers Mora and Enhancement Ores instead of Primogems. Consult the "Dossier on Opponent" for enemy strategies. Co-op mode allows teaming up with other players.

A total of 420 Primogems are available on Utmost Might difficulty, along with Hero's Wit, Sanctifying Unction, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ore. The event concludes on January 13, 2025, at 03:59 server time. Don't miss out on these rewards!
