Genshin Impact Version 5.4 Leaks: Banner Details Unveiled

Recent leaks from the Genshin Impact Version 5.4 beta reveal exciting details about the upcoming event banners. The 5-star lineup is expected to include Mizuki (Anemo Catalyst), Wriothesley (Cryo Catalyst), Sigewinne (Hydro Bow), and Furina (Hydro Sword). Joining them will be a selection of 4-star characters: Mika (Cryo Polearm), Gorou (Geo Bow), Sayu (Anemo Claymore), and Chongyun (Cryo Claymore).

Version 5.4, following the conclusion of the Natlan Archon Quest in Version 5.3, returns the action to Inazuma. While no new map expansion is anticipated, the flagship event will center around Inazuman yokai, prominently featuring Yae Miko and Ei.

Mizuki, a new 5-star character, is predicted to be a standard banner addition, making her signature weapon a highly sought-after item. Her abilities are described as a blend of Sucrose's capabilities with healing potential, although her initial playstyle has been subject to some criticism for its perceived passivity. However, she has undergone several buffs throughout beta testing.

Data mining by HomDCCat has shed light on the majority of the 4-star characters accompanying the 5-star headliners. The first half of Version 5.4 is expected to feature Wriothesley and Mizuki, while Sigewinne and Furina will likely dominate the second half.

The inclusion of an Inazuma Chronicled Banner remains unconfirmed, but its presence would influence the distribution of Gorou and Sayu across the two banner phases. Considering the banner's placement in previous versions (Version 4.5: first half; Version 5.3: second half), both scenarios are possible. Mika, however, is considered the most valuable addition due to his strong synergy with both Furina and Wriothesley.

Speculation regarding the remaining 4-star slots points towards a potential return for Charlotte, absent from event banners since Version 4.2, and Noelle, whose synergy with Furina and Gorou makes her a likely candidate. While other 4-star characters might offer stronger individual capabilities, the inclusion of Sayu, Mika, and Gorou provides much-needed reruns.
