Glory's Call: Epic War Strategy Embraces Open Alpha in Select Regions

Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test of its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a harsh, visually stunning medieval world.

Gameplay Overview:

The game unfolds across diverse and challenging terrains, from arid deserts to dense forests and fiery volcanic arenas. Players strategically maneuver their troops, fortifying their stronghold while simultaneously weakening enemy defenses. Each turn presents tactical challenges requiring careful planning and resource management.

A variety of factions and unit types are available, including scouts for reconnaissance, charging knights, and essential healers. Asynchronous gameplay allows for deliberate planning within a 24-hour turn limit. For faster-paced action, a blitz mode offers five-minute rounds.

Price of Glory caters to various playstyles:

• Skirmish Mode: A casual mode for experimenting with strategies and testing new units.
• Tournaments: Competitive single-elimination tournaments with substantial prizes.
• Salt Tournaments: Free-to-play tournaments where players earn "salt crystals" by completing in-game tasks or watching ads. These crystals can be used to enter cash tournaments for a chance to win real money.

Resource Management:

Animo is the primary resource, used for recruiting, moving, attacking, and activating special unit abilities. The limited Animo per turn emphasizes strategic decision-making in player-versus-player battles.
