Hold on to your seats: Go Lick the World: The Future of Clicker-Powered Current Events

by Lillian Jan 22,2025

It's a tough job preventing politicians from saying foolish things. Take, for instance, President Biden's invitation for Irish dignitaries to "go lick the world." This gaffe, among others, undoubtedly caused White House staff worldwide a significant headache.

Enter Go Lick The World, a satirical mobile game from Pixel Play. This clicker game cleverly blends the absurdity of modern politics with the addictive gameplay of the casual clicker genre.

The objective? To virtually lick the globe as rapidly as possible (using your finger, of course!). The game features a rotating 3D Earth orbited by a variety of objects. Tap the planet (land or sea) to score points and climb the leaderboard.

Boost your score and unlock achievements by tapping LickLink satellites (a nod to Starlink), F-35 jets, red electric cars, and even Lick Force One (President Biden's plane). On Earth, you'll find humorous landmarks like the White House, Antarctica, the pyramids, and a less-than-pristine San Francisco.

The game's ever-changing assortment of objects adds to the fun. Expect everything from ice cream to space lasers, with daily themed items: Impeach-Mints on Mondays, tacos on Tuesdays, Swifties on Saturdays, and pizza for Pizzagate enthusiasts.

Unlockable Earth skins and accessories, earned through rewarded ads, add another layer of humor. These include a "clown world" face, various hats (trucker hats, Uncle Sam, a Texas cowboy hat with a censored border sign), solar eclipse glasses, and more. A recent update even added a certain prominent figure's hairstyle.

Go Lick The World is free to play, with optional in-app purchases to remove ads, enable auto-clicking (introducing LickGPT!), and obtain a blue profile tick.

Download Go Lick The World now on the App Store and Google Play Store.

UPDATE: The Great Debate Update includes trucker hats representing both sides of the political spectrum, and, yes, Trump's hair.
