Honkai: Star Rail wraps up the Penacony storyline in the new version 2.7 update

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7, "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," has launched, concluding the Penacony chapter and paving the way for the Astral Express's journey to Amphoreus, the Eternal Land. This significant update introduces new characters, events, and features.

The Penacony finale features the arrival of Sunday, a 5-star Imaginary character specializing in team synergy. His abilities boost ally damage and summon damage, with his ultimate providing regeneration and further damage enhancements.

Also debuting is Fugue, a 5-star Fire character and a reimagined Tingyun. Having survived her encounter with Phantylia, Fugue excels at shattering enemy defenses, weakening opponents and amplifying the Break Effect damage of teammates.

Returning characters Jing Yuan and Firefly are featured in a limited Warp event. Version 2.7 also adds new in-game features, including the relaxing Party Car and customizable Trailblazer quarters accessible through the Cosmic Home Décor Guide event.
