Albion Online's Rogue Frontier Update: Smugglers, New Weapons, and More!

Sandbox Interactive's medieval fantasy MMORPG, Albion Online, is getting a major update on February 3rd: Rogue Frontier! This first major update of the year introduces exciting new content centered around a rebellious faction known as The Smugglers.

Outland Adventures

The Smugglers, tired of the Royal Continent's strict laws, have established themselves in the lawless Outlands. They operate from hidden underground bases called Smuggler's Dens, which serve as convenient locations for banking, repairs, and planning expeditions. These dens are interconnected through the Smuggler's Network, a sophisticated marketplace system spanning the Outlands.

Players can actively participate in the ongoing conflict between The Smugglers and the Royal Guards. Assist the Smugglers by rescuing captured members or delivering contraband hidden within Smuggler Crates.

Rewards for Loyalty

Show your allegiance to The Smugglers and be rewarded by Maggy Slade, a mysterious trader residing in the dens. Earn valuable items such as the Smuggler's Vanity Set, a Smuggler's Cape (featuring a potion cooldown reduction ability), a Smuggler's Ring, and a new Avatar.

New additions in Rogue Frontier include Kill Trophies, dropped by defeated players. The better the loot your enemy possessed, the higher your chance of obtaining a trophy.

Powerful New Weapons

Rogue Frontier also introduces stylish and powerful new weapons:

• Rotcaller Staff: Summons a creepy mist that repels enemies.
• Skystrider Bow: Allows levitation and ranged attacks from above.
• Forcepulse Bracers: Unleashes shockwaves as you dash into combat.
