The Gift with Purchase sets are quite impressive on their own. One is Captain Jack Sparrow’s Compass (set #5009609), which has a standalone value of $19.99. This item is only available as a Gift with Purchase alongside the LEGO Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship until September 18.

The second available Gift with Purchase is the SEGA Genesis Controller, set #40769 (see it at LEGO Store). Also valued at $19.99, this bonus is offered with purchases of $130 or more until September 17. To secure both free sets with your purchase of the Pirate Ship, be sure to complete your order before September 17.

The ship itself is a large, dark, and imposing model, standing over two feet tall, just as fans will remember from the Pirates of the Caribbean films. The set includes eight minifigures: Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Hector Barbossa, Gibbs, Cotton, Anamaria, and Marty.

This detailed set features a fully realized captain's quarters below deck, authentically tattered sails as seen in the movies, and a detachable rowboat. You can display the entire ship on its dedicated stand, or remove the lower hull section to create an underwater scene. The ship's wheel turns the rudder for a realistic touch, and there are dials to deploy the cannons on both sides.
