Marvel Rivals Season 1: A New York City Nightmare
Marvel Rivals Season 1 continues to expand its offerings with a wave of new maps, all themed around a nightmarish, Dracula-infused New York City, dubbed "Empire of Eternal Night." In addition to new heroes and cosmetics, players can now explore these unique battlegrounds.

Launching alongside Season 1, Midtown is a Convoy map designed for the game's payload-style mode. Players either escort or defend a moving vehicle across this dark, gothic interpretation of Midtown Manhattan. This is the third Convoy map in Rivals, joining Yggsgard: Yggdrasill Path and Tokyo 2099: Spider-Islands. Iconic locations like the Baxter Building, Grand Central Terminal, Stark/Avengers Tower, Fisk Tower, Ardmore's Bookstore, and Timely Trend are all featured within this sinister landscape.

Doctor Strange's Sanctum Santorum receives the Empire of Eternal Night treatment, becoming the exclusive home for the game's Doom Match mode. This free-for-all deathmatch pits players against each other, rewarding top performers with victory and MVP status. The map faithfully recreates the mystical mansion, complete with hidden secrets, impossible architecture, portals, an infinite staircase, and even a cameo from Bats the Ghost Dog.

Expected to arrive later in Season 1, Central Park offers a unique twist on the iconic location. This version focuses on Belvedere Castle, situated atop one of the park's highest points. The Gothic architecture of the castle provides a fitting backdrop for the Empire of Eternal Night theme, potentially serving as Dracula's New York City hideout.
These are all the new maps currently available or planned for Marvel Rivals Season 1. Prepare for thrilling battles across these uniquely themed locations!
