Marvel Rivals: Spider-Man 2 Suit Arrives This Month

Get ready, Marvel Rivals players! A thrilling crossover event is dropping, bringing the iconic Advanced Suit 2.0 from Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 into the game as a brand-new skin.

PlayStation made the exciting announcement on X/Twitter, giving us a sneak peek at NetEase Games' stunning reimagining of this classic suit for their hero shooter. This sleek Spider-Man suit, originally designed for Insomniac Games' Marvel’s Spider-Man, has appeared in all three installments of the series. Its instantly recognizable white spider symbol sets it apart, making this Marvel Rivals collaboration with Sony and their console-exclusive superhero game a truly special event. Prepare to see Spider-Man’s Advanced Suit 2.0 swing into the in-game store on January 30th, coinciding with the PC release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

Launched in December, Marvel Rivals already boasts a wide array of unlockable suits, but this Spidey suit is a truly unique addition. Beyond its connection to the hugely popular PlayStation series, the Advanced Suit 2.0 will once again feature the voice talents of Yuri Lowenthal. Lowenthal voiced Peter Parker in all three of Insomniac’s Spider-Man games and lends his voice to the Marvel Rivals version as well. So, when you grab this costume on January 30th, expect a familiar and authentic feel as you web-sling your way to victory.

NetEase's addition of Spider-Man’s Advanced Suit 2.0 is yet another exciting piece of content following the launch of Season 1: Eternal Night Falls last week. This season introduced Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four as playable characters, with The Thing and Human Torch joining the roster in a few weeks. And the fun doesn't stop there! Creative director Guangyun Chen recently promised at least one new hero every month and a half.
