All voice chat settings are within the game's audio options. Access the options menu (either in-game or from the main menu), navigate to the third tab from the right, and scroll down to find the Voice Chat settings. You'll find three options: Enable (always on), Disable (always off), and Push-to-Talk (activates voice chat only when a designated key is pressed). Note that Push-to-Talk only functions with a keyboard.

Additional options include Voice Chat Volume (adjusts your in-game voice chat audio level) and Voice Chat Auto-Toggle.
