When a party member suggested retreating to reset the encounter, Pirate Software abandoned the group during the escape, leading to the deaths of Sara and Snupy. The primary criticism centers on Pirate Software's unwillingness to accept responsibility. Other OnlyFangs members, such as Mizkif, allege Pirate Software issued threats to fellow streamers after the incident.
