Pokémon Go launches Ultra Unlock: Hisui event

• Pokémon Go introduces Hisuian Zorua and its evolved form for the first time

While summer heatwaves sweep across the globe, the latest Pokémon Go event might just tempt you outdoors. The Ultra Unlock event marks the debut of Hisuian Zorua and its evolution, accompanied by exciting new bonuses for trainers.

Running from July 8th through 13th, the event showcases Hisuian Zorua and its evolved form Hisuian Zoroark. Players can evolve them using 50 Zorua candies while enjoying 4× XP and Stardust bonuses for Pokémon catches during the event period.

Trainers will also enjoy boosted odds for encountering Shiny Hisuian Voltorb and Shiny Hisuian Qwilfish, along with increased Shiny Unown U appearances in raids. The excitement continues with unexpected space-time anomalies appearing throughout the event.

Warping space-time anomalies

The event introduces mysterious space-time rifts similar to Pokémon TCG Pocket's Extradimensional Crisis. These anomalies offer opportunities to encounter diverse Pokémon varieties, complete special collection challenges for exclusive rewards.
