Shroodle Arrives in Pokémon GO

Trainers, get ready! Pokémon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event brings Shroodle to the game on January 15, 2025! This Poison-type Pokémon, originally from Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, isn't readily available in the wild.

Shroodle's Debut and Shiny Status:

Shroodle arrives as part of the Fashion Week event. While readily available after the event concludes, it's important to note that a Shiny Shroodle is not currently available at launch. Expect its Shiny variant to appear in a future event.

Catching Shroodle:

Forget wild encounters; Shroodle is exclusively hatched from 12KM Eggs. These eggs become available starting January 15th, 12 AM local time. While more frequent during the event, 12KM Eggs containing Shroodle will remain in the egg pool afterward.

Acquiring 12KM Eggs:

To obtain the coveted 12KM Eggs, battle Team GO Rocket Leaders (Sierra, Arlo, Cliff) or Giovanni. The Fashion Week event increases Rocket activity, making 12KM Eggs easier to acquire. Remember, you need inventory space for the egg.

Evolving Shroodle into Grafaiai:

Grafaiai, Shroodle's evolution, also debuts on January 15th. Unlike Shroodle, Grafaiai cannot be hatched or found in the wild. Evolution is the only method to obtain it. You'll need 50 Shroodle Candy – so get hatching or make Shroodle your buddy!
