Star Rail 2.4 'Finest Duel' Update Arrives

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.4: "Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue" Arrives July 31st!

HoYoverse has unveiled details for Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming version 2.4 update, titled "Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue," launching July 31st. This substantial update introduces a wealth of new content, including new characters, locations, and events.

Explore New Realms and Meet New Faces

The Astral Express journeys to a new area within Xianzhou Luofu: The Shackling Prison. Players will also gain access to the workplaces of Xueyi and Hanya.

Version 2.4 introduces two new 5-star characters: Yunli (Destruction path) and Jiaoqiu (Nihility path). Popular characters, Sparkle and Huohuo, also return.

Character release is staggered across two phases:

• Phase 1 (July 31st): Yunli, Huohuo, Lynx, Yukong, and Hanya.
• Phase 2 (August 21st): Jiaoqiu, Sparkle, Arlan, Guinaifen, and Hook.

New Light Cones and Event Rewards

Two new 5-star Light Cones debut: Yunli's signature "Dance at Sunset" (Phase 1) and Jiaoqiu's signature "Those Many Springs" (Phase 2). Additionally, Huohuo's "Night of Fright" and Sparkle's "Earthly Escapade" Light Cones make a comeback.

A plethora of events and features await players! These include a new Trailblaze Continuance Mission, Yunli's Companion Mission, and the "Gift of Odyssey" check-in event rewarding 10 Special Star Rail Passes.

The "Saga of Primaveral Blade" event challenges players to train March 7th with Yanqing and Yunli for a duel against the IPC's Scott. Rewards include Stellar Jade, Self-Modeling Resin, a new chat box style, Tracks of Destiny, and March 7th's Eidolon.

The "Garden of Plenty" and "Planar Fissure" events offer double drops for Golden and Crimson Calyx and Planar Ornaments.
