Even at its normal speed, \\\"Through the Fire and Flames\\\" is a daunting challenge. Witnessing CarnyJared conquer it at double speed is almost beyond comprehension. Completing a seven-and-a-half-minute song in just over three minutes is an astonishing feat.

Achieving an FC in Clone Hero, the open-source Guitar Hero alternative, requires flawless execution—not a single missed note. CarnyJared\\'s in-game statistics reveal his relentless pursuit of perfection: nearly 2,000 FCs past the first bridge, 662 past the second, and a mere 227 attempts before conquering the notoriously difficult solo section. This 200% FC marks only his fourth successful completion of the solo.

\\\"This is a moment that will live with me forever,\\\" CarnyJared reflects. \\\"I am blessed every single day to wake up and have food in the kitchen, and a place to sleep because of you amazing group of people,\\\" he adds. \\\"And I also thank my family, who has not only supported me my whole life, but they all specifically watched and supported this entire grind at my lowest and highest points. This is a moment that will live with me forever.”

He describes the 200% FC as the \\\"hardest thing\\\" he\\'s ever done, making the celebratory reaction following his success entirely understandable. For those intrigued by this superhuman accomplishment, CarnyJared promises a forthcoming \\\"1 hour+\\\" documentary detailing his journey.

Streamer Secures Full Combo for the Most Infamous Guitar Hero Song at 200% Speed

by Zoe Mar 15,2025

Clone Hero streamer and content creator CarnyJared has achieved the seemingly impossible: a full combo (FC) on DragonForce's notoriously difficult Guitar Hero 3 track, "Through the Fire and Flames," at a blistering 200% speed.

His triumphant announcement, a simple yet powerful "IT. IS. OVER," accompanied a video posted on February 27th, showcasing this incredible world record. The video itself is a testament to dedication, reminding viewers that this monumental achievement is the culmination of nine grueling months of practice.

In the video description, CarnyJared expresses his heartfelt gratitude: "I am rightfully thankful for everybody that has supported me throughout this ridiculous grind. I have the best supporters on the entire platform of Twitch and YouTube," he explains. "We all spent an unfathomable amount of time staring at the same 3,722 notes, figuring out any possible way to hit them more efficiently. Somehow it worked out, and somehow I am able to sit in front of this computer which you have all cumulatively provided to me, and make a living playing Clone Hero."
