Back in April, we previewed the Super Farming Boy trailer from LemonChili. This cozy farming game—featuring planting, harvesting, and property development—boasts lightning-fast arcade mechanics and a challenging antagonist. It's been described as "Harvest Moon on steroids," a comparison I found accurate after viewing the trailer. Players control a super-powered boy named Super, zipping around the farm to harvest crops and trigger impressive combo reactions. (If you missed it, check out the trailer below!)
I'm excited about this high-octane take on farming sims, and this week LemonChili unveiled a release roadmap and opened iOS pre-orders on the App Store. While a full release isn't imminent—Early Access is planned for Q2 of next year—pre-ordering the mobile version now provides a 20% discount. Alternatively, you can experience the game's progress via a playable Windows demo available on Steam and Itch.io. Regardless of whether you pre-order, Super Farming Boy is definitely worth watching in the coming year.
