Tony Hawk Aims for Underground Remake

If you've been eagerly awaiting a revival of Tony Hawk's Underground, you're in good company. Tony Hawk himself is actively "campaigning" for a remake of this beloved classic.

"I always have aspirations," Hawk shared with ScreenRant. "It's not up to me generally. I'll campaign all I can, but I'm working with a much bigger company that's a lot smarter than me."

When quizzed about what Activision might have in store after the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, Hawk remained coy, stating, "We haven't even released this game [yet]!"

Originally launched in 2003, Tony Hawk's Underground earned a stellar 9.2 review score from us, praised for its "virtually flawless" level design and "stellar gameplay." This installment was groundbreaking, allowing players to dismount their boards and explore expansive levels on foot for the first time in the series.
