*Arise Crossover* may seem straightforward at first glance—you gather Shadow units and attack enemies who can’t retaliate, enhancing your units until you've exhausted all content. However, even seasoned players often find themselves stumped on how to progress, where to level up, and which Shadows to prioritize. If you're among those feeling lost, this comprehensive guide is designed to steer you back on track.

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands offers several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The weakest unit, **Soondoo**, can be obtained at the game's outset, while the powerhouse, **Mifalcon**, is available on the final Brum Island. However, it's not just about the type of Shadow; ranks are pivotal. A **Rank A Soondoo** outshines a **Rank D Mifalcon** in terms of power. Higher-ranked units can achieve greater levels, with **Rank D units** topping out at **Level 75**, while **SS Units** can reach **Level 200**. Your ultimate goal? Assembling a squad of four **SS-level Mifalcons**—a challenging yet rewarding journey.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* appear every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you enter just before a portal closes, you'll be able to complete the entire dungeon. These portals can spawn in various locations across the islands, with randomly assigned difficulty ranks.
Start your journey by assembling a team of **Rank D units** and tackling a **Rank D or C dungeon** on Leveling Island. This approach will yield a solid unit collection and possibly a rare (boss) Shadow Unit. Dungeons are your sole source for recruiting rare units and common units above **Rank C**.

Whenever a portal spawns, seize the opportunity. Even if your team isn't up to par, linger near the portal and await a more experienced player to join. Many can solo these dungeons and won't mind boosting lower-level players. Embrace this community spirit to snag higher-ranking units, as dungeon recruitment is the backbone of progression in *Arise Crossover*.
We once benefited from a kind player guiding us through a **Rank A dungeon** with only **Rank C units**, enabling us to recruit **Rank A units** and reach the end game. Later, we paid it forward by helping others with **Rank D units** conquer **Rank S dungeons**. We encourage you to continue this cycle of support within the community.

During the Beta phase of *Arise Crossover*, player weapons are largely ineffective. Initially, they may offer a minor damage boost, but by the second island, their impact wanes. The **Iron Kando Blade**, the most potent common weapon available, costs 60 million and deals 516,100 damage. In contrast, your units can deal 200 to 400 million damage. Unless you're flush with cash, it's wise to hold off on weapon purchases until future updates enhance their utility.

Similar to dungeons, wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, and only one player per server can attempt to claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to new spawns, but you won't be notified if someone else claims it or if it vanishes.
Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands and on smaller side islands between them. Check the developer’s map for precise spawn points.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and capturing attempts can fail. **Flying mounts** are the rarest, with a 10% spawn rate, while **ground mounts** are more common, and **water mounts** can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC.
To secure a mount, wait for the server message, then race to the six potential locations. Success isn't guaranteed, but keep trying until you claim one. We're still on the hunt for a flying mount ourselves. While mounts aren't essential for progression, they significantly ease travel across the game world.
This guide will be updated with the game's developments. In the meantime, don't forget to check out *Arise Crossover* codes for some exciting freebies.
